The Client Intends To Complete A Framework Agreement With An Contractor Via X86 Server Systems, System-Related Standard Software, Maintenance And Support As Well As It Services Close To The System. The Client Intends To Put Sap Hana Systems Into Operation And To Dissolve Old Systems. For This, Server Systems And Components Are Required, Which Are Delivered By An Contractor And Handed Over To The Client As Ready For Business. As A Side Service, The Client Provides The Ethernet Network And Fibre Channel-San Infrastructure To The Extent That Is Described In A Approved Conception Of The Contractor. To Ensure A High -Quality Framework Contract Management, The Contractor Has To Provide A Service Manager Who Acts As The Direct Contact For The Client.
