Tomography Devices - Motol Oncology Center - Ct Simulator. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Supply Of Ct Simulator Including Accessories And Planning System (Hereinafter Referred To As The Device) For The Needs Of The Motol Cancer Center Motol. The Offered Device Must Meet The Technical Requirements For The Subject Of Performance Specified By The Contracting Authority To The Extent Set Out In Annex 1 Purchase Agreement - Technical Specifications Of The Subject Of Performance. The Subject Of The Performance Also Includes: (I.) Installation Of The Device And Its Commissioning Including Verification Of Its Functionality, Performing All Prescribed Tests And Tests. (Ii.) Instruction/Training Of Medical Staff Will Be Carried Out By A Person In Accordance With Section 41 Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Reduts And Diagnostic Medical Requirements In Vitro. (Iii.) Warranty Service Of The Device, Which Will Be Carried Out By The Person In Charge Of This Activity On The Basis Of The Manufacturers Certificate On The Training Of The Service Technician. The Contractual Relationship Between The Contracting Authority And The Supplier Shall Be Governed By The Purchase Agreement, Which Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier After The Fulfillment Of All Conditions Required By The Contracting Authority. Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is The Post -Warranty Service Of The Device. The Contractual Relationship Between The Contracting Authority And The Supplier Shall Be Governed By A Contract For A Work That Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier After Demonstrating The Fulfillment Of All Conditions Required By The Contracting Authority.
