Request for proposals for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of One (1) No. Air-Cooled Package Screw Type Chiller, Complete with Associated Civil / Mep Works, to Replace the Existing Chiller No. 2 in Substation (1) for Sharq Village & Spa Fees QR: 700/- A payment of non-refundable document fees should be deposited to Katara Hospitality Bank Account No. 0013-038587-060 with Qatar National Bank. Documents may be collected during the Document Sale Period only. RFP document requests submitted after the specified Document Sale Period will not be considered. Bank receipt together with valid Company Commercial Registration and Computer Card must be submied via [email protected] only. Documents will be sent electronically within 24 hours during working days from receipt of complete requirements The successful vendor is required to submit a performance bond issued by a bank operating in the State of Qatar equivalent to 10% of the contract sum and shall be valid to 90 days aer the expiry of Maintenance Certificate. Oers should be valid for 120 days commencing from the closing date (as stated above). Katara Hospitality has the right to increase or decrease the scope of services by 20% with the same terms, conditions.
