The training of trainers program will build the capacity of caregivers and activists in the field of girls rights to education, gender equality, and the right to protection. The trainees will facilitate an interactive awareness session, supported by Wo-Man Together, aimed at building adolescent girls self-confidence, raising awareness of the importance of education, and promoting gender equality. The interactive sessions will be held in five schools in Mount Lebanon (Keserwan and Metn) and will include group discussions, role-playing, and activities to help girls understand the value of education and their rights. Twenty experienced and qualified women with previous experience in social work and session facilitation will be selected and trained.
