The Assignment Includes The Overall Developer Advice For The Design, Establishment And Re -Establishment Of Mitigation Measures At The Selected Sites And The Offering Of The Mitigation Measures. The Region Is The Builder Of A Number Of Residential Properties Where Surface -Contaminated Land Is To Be Excavated, Which Constitutes A Contact Risk. The Purpose Of This Is, Eliminating The Risk Of Contact With Contaminated Soil In Areas With Sensitive Use. It Is Not Necessarily Intended To Remove The Entire Pollution. The Soil Will Primarily Be Contaminated With Heavy Metals, Tar Substances And Oils.
