    Tenders are invited for Plant and Design Build of the upgrading to bitumen standard of +/-9.0km of Seboche Road from Ha Paramante to Ha Lebetla (Khukhune) in Butha-Buthe District. Tender Fees: LSL 5000/- Non refundable. Roads Directorate Operating Revenue Account, Account No.: 021000067633, Swift Code: NEDLLSMX, Branch Code: 390161, Nedbank, Lesotho. A site inspection tour of the project road shall be conducted by the Roads Directorate team on Thursday, 05th June 2025. Prospective Bidders are requested to assemble at KM 6 from Ha Marakabei Junction, at Ha Paramente (28o416.972S, 28o2341.52E) by 09.30 A.M. The site inspection tour shall commence at 10.00A.M. and shall be followed by the question and answer session (pre-bid conference) to be held following the inspection visit at the end of the tour.
