3 2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Nw. Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of Project Documentation, Transfer To The Ordering Party Of The Authors Property Rights, The Right To Exercise And Authorize The Exercising Of Proprietary Rights To The Project Documentation, Within 15 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, 2) Stage Ii A) Execution Of Works On The Basis Of Accepted And Received Project Documentation, Within 36 Weeks From The Date Of Introduction Of The Contractor To The Work Area, Until The Day Final; B) The Implementation And Delivery Of As -Built Documentation Together With The Transfer To The Contracting Authority Of Property Rights, The Right To Exercise And Authorize The Exercise Of Proprietary Rights To As -Built Documentation; C) Exercising Authors Supervision During Works, Implemented On The Basis Of Project Documentation In The Number Of No More Than 18 Supervisors And Not More Often Than Every 2 Weeks, D) Training 3 Employees In The Field Of Equipment, 3) Implementation Of A 36 -Month Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Work Defects, Including Devices, Including Periodic Inspections. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms And Rules For The Performance Of The Contract Are Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.
