1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of Toilets At Primary School No. 11 In Nowy Targ. 2. Construction Works Include, In Particular: 1/ Disassembly Of Partitions Separating The Toilets, Tiles, Dismantling Of Equipment, Making New Wall And Floors, Painting Walls And Ceilings, Replacement Of Sanitary Installations (Water And Sewage, C. O.), Replacement Of Electrical Installation, Supply And Installation Of Equipment (Toilet Bowls, Washbasin Battles System Hpl). 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Documentation Developed By The Company: Tebeo-Projekt Firma Projektowo-Budowlana P. C. Marcin Kowalski Tomasz Łach Ul. Szaflarska 124/58, 34-400 Nowy Targ.4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: 1/ Settlement Of Cost Estimate, With Price -Forming Components Given In The Present Procedure, In The Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual, The Final Settlement Will Take Place After The Execution Of The Order With The Price -Forming Components Given In The Offer Cost Estimate. The Unit Prices Will Not Be Changed At All Times Of The Contract. 2/ For Works Not Performed As Unnecessary, Although Covered By The Offer Cost Estimate And The Remuneration Specification Is Not Entitled To, 3/ The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Paid Based On A Material And Financial Schedule, Including By Partial Invoices Issued On The Basis Of Partial Acceptance Reports, The Contractor Before Signing The Contract Will Present To The Contracting Authority For The Contracting Authority For Acceptance Of The Contract Material And Financial, 4/ Robots Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, A Prejudice Of The Works, Sst And With The Conditions Arising From Technical Standards Of Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Requirements Of Construction Law, 5/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Safe Conditions At The Construction Site And In Its Surroundings, 6/ The Contractor Accepts The Full Scope Of Works Presented In The Subject Of The Contract, Also Those Not Mentioned In The Project, Including Other Documents, And Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, 7/ All Necessary Materials With Quality Certificates Or Declarations Of Compliance Confirming The Application In Construction, Protects The Contractor (This Also Means Incurring Costs Related To It), 8/ Renovation Works Should Be Carried Out In Arrangement With The Headmaster Of Primary School No. 11.9/ Facilities And Construction Site Should Be Organized In Agreement With The Headmaster Of Primary School No. 11.10/ Contractor/ Contractor/ Contractor Will Secure The Place And Bear The Costs Of Removing Debris, Demolition Elements, Etc., Including Their Storage, Development Or Utilization, 11/ The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Damage And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Incorrect Performance Of Work Or Imp
