The Subject Of The Order Are Construction And Assembly Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Heating Node For The Needs Of Central Heating. And Hot Water In The Clinic Building At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 10. The Next Works Are Part Of The Modernization Of The Citys Heating System And Are Implemented As Part Of The Task Entitled Expansion Of The Heating Network In Pyskowice, Which Obtained Financial Assistance In The Form Of A Targeted Subsidy In 2025 As Part Of The Immunity Fund From The Upper Silesian -Zagłębie Metropolis As Part Of The Immunity Fund. 3. Scope Of Work: 1) Execution Of Dismantling And Construction-Installation Works Aimed At Preparing The Technical Room For The Building Of The Node. The Technical Room Is Located On The Level Of The Building Of The Building And Has An Independent Entrance From The Outside.2) Execution Of Works Related To The Supply Of The Heat Node With Electricity, Execution Of Electrical Installations And Acpia, 3) The Development Of An Individual Heat Node For The Needs Of Central Heating. The Task Includes The Development Of A Acceptance Documentation Of The Expansion Vessel For The Office Of Technical Inspection (If Required), Notification And Obtaining A Positive Reception Of The Device By The Udt Inspector. The Contractor Is Obliged To Participate At The Date Of Acceptance Of The Expansion Vessel Set By Udt. The Concise Scope Of Works Is Determined By: • Technical Design Constituting Annex 5 • Neills Of Works Constituting Annex 6 • Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex 7. If In Swz The Employer Uses A Predecession Of Works, This Document Is Only Aimed At Easier Calculating The Contractors Remuneration. The Union Of The Construction Intention In The Attached Technical Project (Annex 5), Premiums (Annex 6) And The Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Receipt Of Works (Annex No. 7) The Heat Node In The Building At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 10. Ubags For The Project: 1. In The Heat Node, The Communication Module Should Be Installed In The Form Of Free Programmable Telemetry Concentrators Used For Communication And Control Of The Heat Node And Obtaining Billing Data From Heat Meters. Communication Modules Must Cooperate With The Currently Introduced Telemmetry Telemetry System In Pyskowice, Which Is The Scada System. 2. D
