The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Renovation Of The Cloakroom At Sports Primary School No. 5 In Wołomin. As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works In The Basement And On The Ground Floor Of A School Building, Consisting Of: 1) Demolition Of Existing Cloakroom Boxes From Steel Sections, 2) Demolition Of Landscake Floors And Cladding On The Stairs, 3) Forms Of Separate Plasters On The Walls And Ceilings, 4) Preparation Of Walls And Ceilings For Coats Gypsum, 5) Making A Door Opening In The Internal Wall Along With The Filling Of The Lintel, 6) Installation Of Interior Doors From Pvc Profiles (Frame With A Door Wing With Glazed Glass), 7) Supplementing Plaster Defects On Walls And Ceilings, 8) Making Plaster Coats On Walls And Ceilings, 9) Lamps On The Walls Mosaic, 10) Painting Walls And Ceilings With Silicate Paint, 11) Making New Floors Made Of Ceramic Tiles On Adhesive Mortar, 12) Making Stairs Cladding From Ceramic Tiles On Adhesive Mortar, 13) Making Pur Buffet In The Pvc Cover On Central Heating Pipes, 14) Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Elements Of Equipment Of School Cable Cinematography: Cabinets: Cabinets: Cabinets Modular, Free -Standing Benches, 15) Will Develop As -Built Documentation In 2 Copies, 16) Will Transfer Property Rights To The Contracting Authority To The As -Built Documentation Referred To In §1 Para. 2 Points 8) Contract And § 10 Para. 5 Of The Contracts Under The Terms Specified In § 18 Of The Contract, 17) Will Grant A Guarantee For Construction Works, Performed Under The Contract On The Terms Specified In §11 Of The Contract, 18) Materials From Demolition, Suitable For Re -Use Or Processing, Indicated By The Contracting Authority During The Demolition Of The Facility, Are The Property Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractors Obligations Include Adequate Security Of The Abovementioned Materials, Including Palette, Loading, Transport And Unloading In The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. Other Materials And Debris From Demolition, Not Being Closed For Further Processing Or Use, The Contractor Is Obliged To Utilize On Their Own, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 2. The Scope Of Works Is Included In The N/In Documents Developed By Jt Architecture Ltd, Which Constitute Annex 1A To This Specification: 1) Architectural And Construction Project, 2) Technical Design, 3) Land Development Project, 4) Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 3.
