1) The Subject Of The Contract Is A Successive Purchase And Delivery Of Materials Listed In Annex 1A To Swz.2) The Materials Should Be Brand New, Have The Purpose Of The Construction Of Connections And Water Supply And Sewage Networks, Have Appropriate Admission Certificates For Use In Construction. Manufacturers Compliance Declarations, Technical Approvals, Hygiene Certificates And Approvals For The Materials And Products Used As Well As Certificates Allowing The Use Of Materials In Construction In Poland Should Have A B Or Ce Mark And A Certificate Of Compliance With Pn Or En. Materials That Have Been In Contact With Drinking Water Must Have A Pzh Certificate Confirming The Lack Of Negative Impact On Human Health.3) The Ordering Party Reserves That The Size Of The Order Is A Respective Size And May Change, In Particular To Reduce To The Amount Of Minimum Specified In Annex 1A To Swz.4) Reduction Of The Order Referred To In Point 3 For Non -Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Contract. 5) Due To The Reduction Of The Order Referred To In Point 3 Above The Contractor Does Not Have Any Claim Against The Ordering Party, And In Particular A Claim For Payment For Unmarried Materials.
