1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Complete Project And Scoop Documentation For The Following Scope Of Planned Works: Construction Of An External Elevator Shaft For The Main Building No. 1 Of The Maritime University Of Technology In Szczecin Together With The Assembly Of A Passenger Crane Tailored To The Needs Of People With Disabilities As Part Of The Project Entitled Sea Of Availability - Polytechnic Without Barriers Co -Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under European Funds For Social Development For 2021-2027 (Fers). Designing The Shaft And Passenger Lift Should Take Into Account The Current Recommendations Of The Municipal Monument Conservator And The Agreements In Force On An Ongoing Basis. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1A To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And In The Attachments To It. The Contribution Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Should Be Forwarded To The Ordering Party, Are Indicated In § 2 Of The Template Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Side Studies And Conducting The Necessary Administrative Procedures And Obtaining The Required Decisions, Provisions, Technical Conditions, Arrangements And Others, Such As In Particular: Preparation Of The Map For Design Purposes, Obtaining A Decision On The Location Of Public Purpose Investment/Discharge And Extract From The Ministry Of Health And Social Insurance Institution, A Conservators Decision Permitting To Carry Out Construction Works, Decisions, Decisions, Decisions Environmental (If Required) And Obtaining All Other Arrangements, Provisions And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Fulfill The Subject Of The Contract. Treating Authors Supervision Is Not Part Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Employer May Commission The Authors Supervision To The Designer As Part Of Separate Proceedings. Vethical Studies On Technical, Construction, Fire Expert Opinions And Other, Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Are On The Contractors Side. For The Main Building, Which Will Be Made Available As An Auxiliary Material For The Development Of Project Documentation, Immediately After Receiving It. Ordered Expertise.
