The Playground, According To The Program Assumptions And Project Documentation, Should Be Made Of Elements Agreed With The Investor And Resulting From The Assumptions Regarding The Subsidy Program (Fema Program Action 5.7). The Equipment Of The Square (Its Components) Due To The Specifics (Referring To The Subject Of The Apple Orchard) Are Individual Solutions Implemented As Elements Dedicated To The Designed Location. The Thin -Like Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 9 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Annex 10 - Pre -Flash Of Works, Annex 11 - Land Development Project And Annex No. 12 Technical Performance And Acceptance Of Works. All Of The Above -Mentioned Studies And Documents Should Be Considered Together. The Attached Number Of Works Serve Only Information/Illustrative Purposes. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Works With The Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Contract For Work Is A Flat -Rate Agreement, In The Event Of Works During Works, More Works In Any Preferably It Will Not Be Considered Additional Works With An Additional Remuneration. Any Lack In The Pre -City Of Works And Works Necessary To Perform Resulting From The Project Documentation Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Project At The Contractual Price.
