1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Vision Room At The Penitentiary Institution In Kwidzyn At Ul. Lotnicza 1, 82-500 Kwidzyn.2. Determination Of The Subject Of The Contract According To The Joint Order Dictionary (Cpv): 1) Main Subject: 4500007 Construction Works2) Additional Items: 45300000-0 Installation Works In Buildings, 45330000-9 Water And Sewage Installation Works, 45331000-6 Installation Of Heating, Ventilation Equipment, 45310000 Electric, 45400000-1 Finishing Works In The Field Of Building Objects, 45453000-7 Renovation And Renovation Works, 45210000-2 Construction Works In The Field Of Buildings. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 (Technical Design), In Annex 5 (Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works), Annex 6 Of The Land Use Project And Architectural And Construction Design) And Annex 7 (Bill Of Quantities). 4. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor And The Subcontractor, Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, That Persons Performing The Following Activities In The Scope Of The Contract: Demolition And Disassembly Works, Finishing Works, Electrical Installations, Sanitary Installations Were Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465). 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Ensure The Safety Of The Work Of Employees Performing Works (In Particular To Train Employees And Equip Them With The Necessary Equipment); 2) Securing The Building Against Damage, Flooding And Other Damage; 3) Providing On Their Own And At Their Own Expense Persons Performing The Subject Of The Contract For The Subject Of The Contract For The Appropriate Conditions Of Health And Safety At Work, Clothing And Protective Accessories In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Equipment, Including Disinfection) And Devices Necessary To Perform The Activities Covered By The Contract. 6. All Material And Devices Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And Its Finishing Must Have Certificates Of Allowance And Use In Construction (If Concerned). The Materials Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract May Not Reduce The Utility And Qualitative Value Of The Completed Order Elements Or Negatively Affect The Strength, Functionality, Aesthetics And Safety Of The Use And Use Of The Works And Its Limits. 7.
