The Order Is Carried Out For The Partners Jointly Implementing The Project, I.E. Providing Information Of Public Sector Information Digitized As Part Of The Project By Publishing Them On A Joint Map Portal Based On Software That Will Be Launched As A Result Of The Contract. 4. The Contractor Will License The Software Provided On The Terms Indicated In Annex 3 To Swz - Template / Contract Design. 5. The Contractor Will Provide Software Warranty For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months On The Terms Indicated In Annex 3 To Swz - Template / Contract Draft. 6. Deliveries And Services Planned For Purchase Under The Project Have Been Divided In Accordance With Art. 91 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act For Parts Awarded As Part Of Separate Orders. This Order Is One Of The Parts. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 To Swz.8.
