The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled Exchange Of Security And Current Clamps For Street Lighting Implemented As Part Of The Investment Task Modernization Of Lighting Infrastructure In The Sędziejowice Commune Funded From The Funds Of The Polish Fund Program Polish Funder: Strategic Investment Program. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Supply And Assembly Of 600 Collateral, Along With Fuses And Current Clamps For Street Lighting Fixtures, Owned By The Sędziejowice Commune, Mounted At Poles In The Sędziejowice Commune, Along With The Completion Of Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Luminaires3. The Expected Amount And Type Of Lighting Fixtures On Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed Will Be Agreed With The Employer At The Stage Of Performing The Contract, With The Installation Of New Security And Clamps Should Be Carried Out On Luminaires Whose Facts Requires It, Subject To An Impassable Amount Of 600 Pcs. 4. All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Material Costs, Labor And Equipment, As Well As The Risk Of The Contractor For Estimating All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As The Impact Of Other Factors Having Or May Have An Impact On The Costs Of The Contractor. 5. The Contractor Will Obtain All Necessary Permits And Arrangements To Perform Commissioned Works, If They Are Necessary, And Incur Related Costs.
