The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive, 24 -Hour Services In The Field Of Removal And Storage In The Guarded Parking Lot Of Vehicles Secured Pursuant To Art. 130A Of The Act Of 20.06.1997 Road Traffic Law. 2. Place Of Order: Roads In The Wyszków Poviat And A Guarded Car Park Run By The Contractor In The Wyszków Poviat. 3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In Connection With Art. 130A Para. 5F Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law, Hereinafter Referred To As The Prd Act (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), In The Scope Of: 1) Of Vehicle Removal (Listed In Article 130A (6) Of The Prd Act) From Roads Within The Administrative Borders Of The Wyszków Poviat In Situations Referred To In Art. 130A Para. 1 And 2 Of The Prd Act; 2) Running In The Wyszków Poviat A Guarded Car Park For Removed Vehicles; 3) Performing Activities At The Request Of The Ordering Party To Dismantle The Vehicle, Which Has Gone To The Ownership Of The Ordering Party Based On A Court Decision, By Removing The Vehicle From The Parking Lot And Transferring It To The Point Of Collecting Vehicles Or To The Dismantling Station And Forwarding The Relevant Certificate Of The Ordering Dismant Longer Than 7 Days From The Date Of Its Exhibition; 4) Transporting Vehicles Removed Before This Order From The Guarded Parking Lot (Area Of The Wyszków Poviat) Providing Services To The Ordering Service In 2024/2025, In Order To Continue Storing In A Guarded Parking Lot (If Concerned). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By Swz And Attachments To Swz: 1) Price Form - Annex 1A To Swz, 2) Essential Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 4 To Swz.
