Bids Are Invited For Tender E316-03 Bcehs Surrey – Treo Upgrades

The Treo Station Located At 16300 – 104Th Avenue In Surrey Is Occupied By Bcehs Ambulance And Has Seen Significant Increases In Number Of Vehicles Over The Years. This Has Resulted In A Need To Support The Power Requirements For The 42 Total Ambulances Stored At Treo. The Number Of Parking Stalls Are Not Adequate For The Current Number Of Ambulances At This Location And The Stalls Are Not Equipped With Charging Capabilities To Charge The Ambulances Equipment. Additionally, The Existing Location Requires Interior Renovations To Meet Current Operational Needs And To Address Ipac Recommendations For Storage Of Medical Supplies. The Scope Includes Increasing The Number Of Parking Stalls And Equip The Facility With Electrical Infrastructure To Support 40 Charging Posts And 8 Electrical Vehicle Charging Stations With The Ability To Add More Ev Charging Stations In The Future By Replacing Any Of The 40 Charging Posts If Needed, The Division Of The Current Server Room/Locker Room, Upgrades To Locker Room, Conversion Of Ups Room Into A Medical Supplies Storage Room, Installation Of A Gear Storage Cabinet, Hvac Systems Upgrades Based On The New Proposed Layout Of The Upgraded Interior Spaces.Anticipated Start Date Is August 5, 2025.Anticipated Ready For Takeover Date Is January 30, 2026
