The Reagents / Consumables Required To Secure The Work Of The Ward Are Described In Detail By Type And Estimated Quantity In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation Of The Order. The Order Is Divided Into 3 / Three / Lots. Complexity Is Required To Participate In Any Lot. Participants Offer All The Nomenclatures Included In The Lot They Participate In. In The Event That A Participant Does Not Offer One Or More Nomenclature From The Lot In Which He Participates, He Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Lot. In The Event That A Participant Offers One Or More Nomenclature From The Lot In Which He/She Participates, But The Same/They Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, It Is Assumed That The Complexity Is Not Met And The Participant Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Position. The Quantities Stated In The Technical Specification Are Forecast And Do Not Bind The Contracting Authority To Declare And Buy Them As A Whole. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Change The Quantities Specified In The Specification According To Its Needs, Including To Refuse The Delivery Of Certain Nomenclatures, As Well As To Declare New Types That Are Not Included In The Specification But Are In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement. By New Types It Is Referred To: When Stopping From Production And / Or Imports, The Equivalent Of The Types Of Reagents / Consumables Included In The Contract Specification The Requirements That The Reagents / Consumables Must Meet Are Specified In The Technical Specification And The Documentation.
