The Public Procurement Is Enforceable Under The Conditions Described In The Instructions, Technical Specification And Applications Thereto, The Assignment For Design And Draft Contract, Part Of The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure With The Subject: Carrying Out Engineering Activity For An Object: Major Repair Of Streets In The Village Of Boriki. The Contractor Is Committed To Carrying Out The Design, Construction Activities And The Execution Of Copyright Supervision For A Major Overhaul Of Streets In The Village Of Boriki, In Accordance With The Technical Assignment And Technical Specifications, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. I. Investment Design To Prepare Investment Projects For The Routes And Facilities Of The Water Pipelines, As Well As For The Major Repairs Of The Road Surfaces On The Streets, In The Technical Phase, In Accordance With The Assignment Assignment And In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance 4/2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects. Each Design Part Should Contain: An Explanatory Note, The Required Technical Calculations, The Graphic Part - Schemes, Drawings And Details, Clarifying And Ensuring The Implementation Of Construction Works, Technical Specification Of Materials, Required Standards And/Or Parameters, Quantitative Accounts. Ii. Exercise Of The Authors Supervision Of The Site, With The Designers Competent For This And Under The Spa. Iii. Construction Includes The Implementation Of All Activities For The Full Completion And Commissioning Of The Site, In Accordance With The Approved Technical Design, Technical Specifications And All Rules And Regulations For Construction In The Bulgarian Legislation. The Full Scope Of The Activities Is Detailed In The Design Assignment, The Technical Specification, The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation.
