Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Innovative Distance Services-Teleker, Including Specialized Equipment For Their Provision, In Implementation Of The Project Innovative Health And Social Services In The Municipality Of Vratsa
In The Performance Of The Service, The Contractor Must Adhere Strictly To The Terms Of The Technical Specification, The Proposals In Its Offer And The Clauses Set Out In The Draft Contract, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure. The Contractor Should Submit A Comprehensive Decision For The Provision Of The Teleker Service, To Provide And To Bear All The Costs Associated With Its Implementation. The Service Must Include An Individual Remote Monitoring Device And Alarm Changes In The Status And Movement Of The User, As Well As For Measuring Basic Vital Indicators For 15 Users. The Device Must Be Provided With A Sos Button And Meet The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 Of The Ep And The Council Of 5 April 2017 On Medical Devices; The Service Should Be Provided Through A Mechanism/Software/Mobile Application For Receiving And Visualization Of Parameters And Access To User Databases Reports And Emergency Calls; The Service Should Be Organized By A 24/7 Distance Care Unit, Including Medical Professionals. The Teleker Service Should Be Provided To 15 Users. Statement Of Conformity - The Devices Should Meet The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 Of The Ep And Of The Council Of 5 April 2017 On Medical Devices. In Order To Perform The Service, The Contractor, The Contractor Should Provide The Personal Devices To The Users And Enter Basic Information In The Software Such As Personal Data, Medical Diagnoses, Contact Persons, Other Characteristics Of The User. In Addition To The Initial Installation Of The Devices, The Contractors Commitment Is To Train Users To Their Use And To Respond To A Signal Of An Emergency And To Assist In The Problems Of The Devices. The Teams Provide Mobile Integrated Health And Social Care Services For Users In Their Home Environment According To Approved Teams And Users. The Contractor Should Propose A Control Center/Distance Care Unit To Appoint A Team Consisting Of Persons With Medical Education Working On A Schedule Of 24 Hours 7 Days A Week. A Specially Designed Software Should Be Installed At The Center, Which Comes From The Real -Time Devices Data.
