Those Intended For The Construction Of The Construction Works Are Related To The Reconstruction Of Existing Training Premises And Corridors Located On The Fourth Floor Of The Building Of Sofia University Peyo Kracholov Yavorov, Sliven, Separated Into A Separate Building Of The School Building And Their Transformation Into The Stem Center For The Development Of The Students. The School Building Is A Type Of Monolithic Construction. The Reconstruction Of The Premises In New Ones Provides For The Removal Of Partition Walls Non -Bearing Walls Without Affecting The Structure Of The Building, Which Is Why No Construction Permit Is Required. In General, It Is Envisaged That The Existing Study Rooms In New Such Chemistry Laboratory, Informatics Laboratory, Laboratory Of Natural Sciences, Mathematics Laboratory, Discussion And Research Zone, Part Of The Area For Performances, Screenings And Exhibitions Are Envisaged. All Floors Will Be Covered With Vinyl Flooring For Public Buildings: Project Vinyl Or Similar. The Color Range Of Vinyl Flooring In The Corridors, Laboratories And Different Premises Will Be Specified Between The Contracting Authority And The Contractor In The Process Of Performing The Contract. The Same Applies To The Color Range Of The Walls Of The Individual Rooms, Corridors And Lobby. No Building Permit Has Been Issued For The Site And There Will Be No Required One, As It Is Envisaged To Carry Out Ongoing Repair Activities, In Accordance With Article 151, Paragraph 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act, In Connection With The Dr §5, Item 43 Of The Spatial Planning Act. Financing: The Public Procurement Is Financed By A Procedure By Directly Providing Funds To Specific End Recipients Bg-Rrp-1.015 School Stem Environment Under The National Plan For Recovery And Resistance Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Financed By The European Union Up To The Amount Of Bgn 39 999.60 With Vat, And The Rest Will Be Financed. At Present, The School Has Not Fully Secured Its Part Of The Financing Of The Public Procurement, Which Is Why It Reserves The Right Not To Fulfill Certain Positions, Which, However, Will Not Lead To The Inability To Use The Stem Environment.
