The Order Includes Delivery Of Polyethylene Waste Bags, Which Are Listed In A List Detailed In The Technical Specification, Part Of The Documentation For Participation. The Order Shall Be Awarded For One Year With An Option, If Its Value Is Not Reached Within The Contract, It Continues Its Action For A Period Of Not More Than 6 Months Or Until Its Value Is Reached. The Quantities Are Indicative. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Redeem The Quantities Specified In The Specification. On The Grounds Of Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act And Art. 80, Para. 1 Of The Pppop, In Connection With Art. 195 Of The Public Procurement Act And Art. 194A Of The Public Procurement Law By Analogy, This Order Is Reserved For Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. Other Interested Persons May Also Submit Tenders Outside Those For Whom The Order Is Preserved In Accordance With Article 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, But Their Tenders Are Considered Only If There Are No Offers Admitted To Persons For Whom The Order Is Reserved. In The Event That One Or More Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, Which Are Entered In The Register And/Or Their Associations And Their Offers, Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, The Offers Of The Other Participants In The Procedure Are Not Considered And Evaluated. Participants Are Obliged To Offer An Offer For All Nomenclatures Included In The Technical Specification. An Offer That Does Not Contain Suggestions For All Nomenclatures On The List Will Not Be Considered. The Ranking Will Be Based On The Lowest Total Price. The Total Value Of The Offer Is For The Ranking Of The Participants, The Value Of The Contract Being According To The Estimated Value, Namely: 99 999,99 Bgn.
