The Procurement Of A Life -Cycle Project Is Intended To Cover The Design, Construction Of The Site And The Implementation Of Approximately 20 Years Of Maintenance Services. The Contract Period Is Divided Into An Investment Period And Service Period. The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Maintenance And Renovation Of The Site During The Service Period. The Service Providers Liability Is A Comprehensive Responsibility That The Subscriber Has Access To The Facilities And Services Agreed Throughout The Service. The Procurement Is Carried Out Using A Competitive Negotiation Procedure. The Aim Is That The Final Invitation To Tender Will Be Published In May 2026 And The Procurement Decision Was Planned For The Task In September-October 2026. The Comparison Of The Overall Economic Affordability Of The Offer Is The Best Price-Quality Ratio, Where The Price Is 55 % And The Quality Is 45 %. Procurement Documents Are Drawn Up In Finnish. The Language Of The Bargaining And The Language Of The Tenders Is Finnish. The Intention Is That The Offer Can Be Submitted And The Project Can Be Chosen As A Group. Group Members Cannot Be Deducted Or Changed. Group Members May Be Added, Provided That The New Members Meet The Requirements Set Out In This Contract Notice And Submit The Required Statement.
