The Insurance Of Motor Vehicles Consists Of Compulsory Contractual Insurance Liability For Damage Caused By The Operation Of Motor Vehicles (Hereinafter Referred To As “Mandatory Contractual Insurance”) And Accident Insurance Of Motor Vehicles (Hereinafter Referred To As “Accident Insurance”). The List Of Vehicles For Compulsory Contractual Insurance Consists Of Annex No. 15 Of The Competition Documents The List Of Vehicles For Emergency Insurance Consists Of Annex No. 16 Tender Documents Result From The Public Procurement Will Be Concluded By The Framework Agreement For Motor Vehicles Insurance, On The Basis Of Which Individual Insurance Contracts (For Compulsory Contractual Insurance And Accident Insurance) Will Be Concluded By The Organizations Concerned Individually.
