This Contract Is Aimed At Providing A Service Before Investing That Consists In The Use Of Artificial Intelligence To Provide Relevant Information To Citizens And Visitors Of Each Of The 33 Municipalities Reflected In A Virtual Assistant With Access To Documentation, Images And Videos Included In A Tablet Housed In A Totem And With Both Text And Particular Voice Interaction For Each Municipality According To Each Municipality They Will Adjust To The Specifications Collected In The Technical Prescription Specification That Governs This Contract.
