Tenders are invited for Security Operation Center 24/7 Monitoring and Support. As the Bank has established a security operation center unit (SOC) with the objective to enhance the Banks security posture and increase the visibility on Banks IT infrastructure therefore it is looking for qualified regional, local and international bidders for the provision of Cyber Security monitoring and support 24/7 that will help to enhance the Banks SOC, to make it more effective and take it to a higher maturity level, where monitoring will be done 24/7 hours, and reporting will follow international standards and Metrix, incident response will be quick and effective. Terms of reference for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 22nd May 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 11th June 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.
