Tenders are invited for Study for the development of a mechanism for the sharing of active and passive telecommunications infrastructures. OBJECTIVES The objective of this study is to develop a mechanism for sharing active and passive telecommunications infrastructure. Specifically, the study aims to achieve the following objectives: Carry out an inventory of the implementation of the sharing of passive and active infrastructure in Mali, including any constraints encountered; Identify all passive and active infrastructures that can be shared in Mali, as well as the stakeholders involved, including alternative operators; Benchmark the implementation of legal, technical and pricing provisions or relevant recommendations relating to the sharing of passive and active infrastructure; Develop a pricing model for access to passive and active infrastructure (tariff/frequency by type of infrastructure) in Mali; Develop a mechanism (technical and pricing conditions) to supervise the implementation of the sharing of passive and active infrastructure in Mali.
