Tenders are invited for Supplying of Specialized Field Ambulance Vehicles Qty. 4. The Oil Exploration Company (OEC) one of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil Companies, announces for the first time the issuance of the a / m tender within (Investment) Budget described as below: specialized field ambulance vehicles QTY/4 (white color). engine must be a diesel type /four stroke /capacity 4000 cc/(6 or8)cylinder, water-cooled and suitable for operation at temperature ranging from (5°- to more than 50°+) manual transmission for off-road and paved roads with four-wheel drive system in addition to other precise technical specifications for cars, materials, accessories and medical equipment that fixed in the standard documents. the origin of the vehicles and the material shall be from: The United states of America, Japan, Western Europe or the approved factories of the international companies of the aforementioned countries all over the world and shall be new and free from manufacturing defects. the model of the equipped cars, material and medical equipment shall not be less than (2025) the warranty period for cars, equipment and medical supplies is 5 years or 150,000 km, whichever comes first starting from the date of actual operation and preparation period 120 days. Competent and Specialized companies with financial abilities which are interested to participate in the a/m tender may visit the Oil Exploration Company / headquarter at the fourth floor of the building of Ministry of Oil to obtain tender documents in which the technical specifications, the contractual conditions and standard documents are described against non-refundable amount of (600,000 ID) Six hundred thousand Iraqi Dinars which should be applied. The amount shall be refundable only in case of cancellation of the said tender. Bidders must submit a bid bond in favor of OEC with an amount of (10,000,000 ID) ten million hundred. In the form of bank guarantee, certified check or bank draft from Iraqi accredited bank with a validity period of (120 days). The estimated cost for the a/m tender is (500,000,000 ID) five hundred million Iraqi dinars. The closing date of submitting offers is on Sunday 15/6/2025 (During the official working times). The validity of the offers should be not less than (120 days) and the meeting of answering enquires of bidder shall be on Sunday 8/6/2025 The place of submitting offers and enquires of bidder is at the 3rd floor of OEC in the building of Ministry of Oil Offers shall be opened in public on Monday 16/6/2025 at 10:00 am. The referral takes place according to the lowest prices for offers that meet the conditions of availability of quality and the approved quality specifications. OEC is not committed to accept the lowest commercial offers, the bidder who wins the tender will bear all legally imposed fees and taxes.
