Tenders are invited for Restoration and Rehabilitation Project of the Academy of Performing Arts Headquarters In order to create job opportunities for large segments of the Palestinian workforce and to create a creative space, Ashtar Theatre requests bidders from all governorates of the country, and those classified by the National Classification Committee, to allocate buildings of all grades, who wish to participate in this tender, to submit their offers to submit documents and begin the project of renovating and rehabilitating the headquarters of the Academy of Performing Arts - Ashtar / Artistic Village Project / Birzeit - First Phase / and with the following conditions : Request for tender documents from Ashtar Theatre, Al-Irsal Street, Apricot Building, Ramallah, Tel. 022980037, for a non-refundable fee of (100 US dollars), on May 21, 22 and 24, 2025, between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM . The engineer/designer will accompany the contractors on 05/26/2025 to sign the project to explain the terms of the statement of work. Whoever fails to attend will bear the consequences of any dispute that occurs during the work due to his absence to explain the statement of work. The meeting will be at 11:00 AM in front of the Edward Said Institute in Birzeit . The financial and technical bids for the project are required according to the contract text, terms, specifications, bills of quantities and attached drawings, as well as a bid bond, in addition to a valid classification certificate in Jenin, and a deduction certificate from the source (source) from the Income Tax Department, as payment is made against computerized invoices subject to ZERO VAT. Bids must be submitted until 2:00 PM on 04/06/2025 at Ashtar Theater, Al-Irsal, Ramallah, in a sealed envelope indicating the name of the competing company (and the project to restore and rehabilitate the headquarters of the Academy of Performing Arts, the Art Village Project/Birzeit - Phase One ).
