The Performance Of The Contract Applies In Particular:- The Implementation Of The Necessary Project Documentation,- Execution Of All Preparatory And Order Works, Including The Development Of The Works Area And Subsequent Liquidation Of The Construction Facilities,- Existing Dismantling, Delivery, Assembly And Launching A New Channel Conveyor,- Conducting All Necessary Attempts And Training Of The Ordering Employees In Safe Service And Conservation Of The Conveyor, Waste - On Their Own, Except For Metal Parts From The Dismantled Conveyor - Appropriate Management Of Waste Resulting From The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract; The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Violation Of The Provisions On Environmental Protection At The Construction Site And In The Area Adjacent To The Area And The Management Of Waste To A Completely Exemption Of The Contracting Authority From This Liability (Act On Waste Of December 14, 2012, Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 21, As Amended) And The Act Of 26 August 2013 Of The Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 1232, As Amended) The Area To The Original State (Taking Into Account The Condition Resulting From The Construction Works Performed) After Completing The Works,- Execution Of As-Built Documentation (If Necessary),
