The Works Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Budget Task Under The Name: Construction Of Energy-Saving Street Lighting In Bieruń (Ul. Żwirki I Wigury, Ul. Wiosenna) With The Help Of A Special Subsidy From The Budget From The Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis As Part Of The Immune Fund In 2025 For The Project. Construction Of Energy -Saving Street Lighting In Bieruń. The Work Of Works Includes The Construction Of Street Lighting For Two Locations: 1) Ul. Żwirki I Wigury - Construction Of A Street Lighting Line Consisting Of 9 Pillars (Pole With Boom And Binding), A Section Of The Yakxs 4X35 Cable Line With A Length Of Approx. Spring - Construction Of A Street Lighting Line Consisting Of 10 Pillar Stations (Pole With Boom And Setting), A Section Of The Yakxs 4X35 Cable Line With A Length Of About L = 408M Of The Route. 2. The Scope Of Works And Their Description Is Located In Swz And In The Attachments To Swz, I.E. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz), In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 3. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Act, The Employer Informs That It Sets Requirements In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract Consisting In Performing The Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1320, As Amended). The Employer Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers As Part Of The Contract In Question. The Contracting Authority Does Not Divide The Subject Of The Contract Into Parts. In The Contracting Authoritys Assessment, The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts Does Not Limit On The Quantitative Plane As Well As The Qualitative Possibilities Of The Participation Of Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises.
