3 The Building Is Located In Środa Śląska At Ul. Castle Gardens 15. The Premises Are Given Numbers 1, 2, 4, 5 And 8. The Set Scope Of Work Contains The Bill Of Quantities And Design Documentation. The Work Of Works Includes: A) The Construction Of Internal Gas Installations Together With The Purchase And Assembly Of Condensing Gas Boilers And Connecting Gas Kitchen In Five Residential Premises And Construction Of Gas Installations In The Common Parts Of The Building. Pipes And The Technique Of Connecting Gas Pipes Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. The Gas Stove Should Be Connected With A Flexible, Certified Cable And Replacement Of Nozzles In Gas Burners. Install Immeras, Termet, Junker Or Boilers With Similar Parameters. After Completing The Works, Make A Tightness Test And Make An Appropriate Protocol From The Test. Installation Of The Boiler Should Be Confirmed Protocol With An Entry In The Boiler Service Book, Confirming The Seal With Appropriate Permissions. The First Launch Of The Boiler Should Be Made And Confirm The First Launch With An Entry In The Service Book. B) Construction Of The Internal Central Heating Installation Of Central Heating. It Should Be Made On The Surface Of The Walls. The Type Of Material And Devices (Radiators), Pipe Diameters And Pipe Connecting Technique Should Be Made In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. Equip The Radiators With Thermostatic Valves And Heads. After Completing The Works, Make A Tightness Test And Draw Up An Appropriate Protocol From The Sample. And Ks For Draining Condensate From The Boiler.D) Construction Of Flue And Air Chimneys. It Should Be Made Via A Two-Shell, System-Tone-Resistant-Steel-Steel-Tail-Air Flue Gas Pipe With A Diameter Provided For In The Design Documentation Or With A Diameter Adapted To The Boiler Model And Requirements For The Maximum Height Of The Cable. The Combustion And Air Ducts Should Be Mounted In The Existing Brick Chimney Flue Or As Independent System Chimney Flues In Accordance With Design Documentation. After Completing The Ceramic And Felt Roof, The Chimneys (System Collars On Ceramic And Papper Roofs Together With Roofing Roofing Roofing Roofs Should Be Processed. E) Ventilate Ventilation Cables Must Be Isolated And Equipped With Sneakhouses.F) Construction And Finishing Works.
