The Subject Of The Contract Is: The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Professional Economic Chemistry And Equipment. 3. Detailed Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Description Of The Minimum Requirements, Are Included In The Price Forms Of Annex 1.2 To The Offer Form. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Absolutely And Timely Delivery. 5. The Number Of Articles Given In The Attachments To The Offer Form Are Used For Conversion Purposes, The Contractor May Propose Other Packaging Sizes By Converting Them Accordingly (Rounding Into Full Packaging Up). 6. The Quantities Given In The Price Form Are Approximate And The Contractor May Not Rely On Them In The Case Of Their Use In The Range Of A Given Position Of The Price List, And What Is Associated With Selling Items At Other Unit Prices Than Those Given In The Offer. The Contracting Authority Estimated Amounts Based On Current Consumption. In The Case Of This Order, The Total Value Of The Contract Plays A Key Role, Which Will Be Given In The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order Of These Articles In The Tender Price Until The End Of The Contract. 7. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With Applicable Polish Standards And Other Laws Regulating The Requirements In The Field Of Ergonomics, Security And Adequate Quality. 8. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Approved For Marketing And Use In Accordance With The Provisions In Force For Hospitals. 9. The Contractor Up To 10 Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Later Than Before The First Delivery Of Purchased Funds Under Pain Of Terminating The Contract With The Contractor And Calculating Contractual Penalties), Will Provide And Install All Required Dispensing Systems And Boxes In Places Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 10. The Subject Of The Contract Must Comply With Current Clp Regulations. 11. The Ordering Party, Successively As The Needs Occurring, Will Each Time Determine The Size Of The Order (The Type And Number Of Articles To Be Provided).
