Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of A Medium Rescue And Firefighting Car For The Needs Of Osp Mąkoszyce

3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of An Average Rescue And Firefighting Car For The Needs Of Osp Mąkoszyce As Part Of The Project Increasing The Resistance Of The Brest Subregion To The Threats And Natural Disasters-Purchase Of Specialized Vehicles And Equipment For Tso Units In The Communes Of Lubsza, Olszanka And Skarbimierz. Project Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Regional Development Fund Under European Funds For Opole 2021-2027 And State Budget Funds. 3.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of A New Average Rescue And Firefighting Car With 4X4 (Uteraneous) Drive. A New Vehicle, Not Used - A Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2024 With A Diesel Engine Adapted For Continuous Operation, With A Power Of Not Less Than 210 Kw, Which Will Have All The Certificates Required By Law Allowing The Vehicle To Move And Use As A Privileged Vehicle. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver A Vehicle That Meets The Minimum Requirements Specified In Annex 3 To Swz-Technical And Quality Requirements. The Contracting Authority Will Collect The Vehicle At The Contractors Headquarters. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Vehicle Be Brand New, Complete, To Meet The Minimum Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority And Be Ready To Use. The Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party: - Guarantee For Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Components - Not Less Than 2 Years, - Guarantee For The Perforation Of The Body - Not Less Than 10 Years, - Warranty On The Paint Coating - Not Less Than 2 Years. The Contracting Authority Should: 1) Be Allowed To Move By The Competent Administration Body, 2) Must Have A Current Chassis Approval Certificate, 3) Have A Guarantee Specified In The Warranty Book And Fire Development, Together With The Vehicle, The Contractor Will Issue The Contracting Authority: 1) Two Sets Of Keys, 2) User Manual In Polish. 3) The Warranty Document Issued By The Vehicle Manufacturer, 4) Meeting The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Privileged Vehicles In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251), Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of 20 June 2007 On The List Of Products To Ensure Public Security Or Health And Life, As Well Issuing Admission Of These Products For Use, Including An Important Certificate Of Admission Confirming The Minimum Requirements For The Category 3 Vehicle Valid As At The Day Of Submitting Offers.
