Performing Design Services And Construction Works Related To The Construction Of Eaters For Poor People At 10 Maciej Street In Katowice As Part Of The Investment Task Construction Of A Diner For The Poor In Katowice As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) To Develop Comprehensive Project Documentation For The Construction Of Eatery, Along With Obtaining Administrative Decisions Allowing For Construction Works, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law On 07.07.1994, Including: Developing Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities, Detailed Cost Estimate And Health And Healthcare Plan (Bioz) B) The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works Of All Industries, In Accordance With The Developed Documentation, Including The Performance Of Construction And Construction Works (Foundation, Masonry, Reinforced Concrete Works), Insulating, Roofing, Window And Door Joinery, Facade Works, Finishing Works, Water And Sewage Installations, Gas, Electrical, Low-Current, Including Internal And External Monitoring, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Network And Connections, Works Related To Land Development, Or Cuttings Of Trees And Shrubs. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In:- Functional And Utility Program (Annex 9 To Swz)- The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 7 To Swz) The Contracting Authority Requires That The Quality Guarantee Period For The Subject Of The Contract Be At Least 60 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Final Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Addition, The Contracting Authority Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Should Be Equal To The Period Of Quality Guarantee.
