G) Information Board Regarding The Financing Of The Task From The Labor Fund (State Targeted Fund) As Part Of The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025 (1 Sz.), In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of 7 May 2021, Journal Of Laws 953 (As Amended) Regarding The Determination Of Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Carrying Out Financial Tasks Or Co -Financed From The State Budget Or State Targeted Funds; 2) Implementation Of Safe Surface In The Form Of Poured Polyurethane Surfaces On The Entire Area/Space Of The Playground; 3) Reproducing The Surface After The Construction Works Carried Out, By Equalizing, Humming And Sowing Grass Existing Pavement; 4) Obtaining The Required Certificates From The Inspection Of The Land Use, Confirming Its Compliance With The Standards, Carried Out By A Security Specialist Or Other Accredited Unit; 5) Performing As -Built Geodetic Inventory And Developing As -Built Documentation. 3. The Detailed Scope And Manner Of The Order Processing In The Scope Of Stage I And Ii Are Determined By:-Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz,-Contract Template, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.4. Order Under The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025 From The Ministry Of Family, Labor And Social Policy.
