3.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Reduction Service Of Predatory Mammals Through Their Shooting At The Flat Forest Forest Inspectorate Breeding Center In Żyla-Nach In The Augustów Forest In The Hunting Year 2025/2026 As Part Of The Project Together For Nature-Protection Of Species And Habitats In Valuable Natural Areas (Opl2), Rewet 2021-2027. It Will Be Implemented By Shooting A Maximum Of 190 Predatory Mammals (I.E. Fox, Badger, Raccoon, Forest And Domestic Marten, Coward, American Mink, And Jackal In The Event Of An Augustów Forest), In Accordance With The Authorized Authorities For The Individual Hunting, At The Pgl Lp Forest Inspectorate In The Plas Łowiecki No. 37 And 43) From Signing The Contract Until 31.0.2026. Hunting Takes Place In The Area Where Głuszec (Tetrao Urogallus) Occurs. Reduction Of Predation Is An Action Of Active Protection For The Capercaillie And Is A Key Action For The Protection Of This Species. It Applies To Both Caperries Living In The Ohz Forest Forest District In Żliny, As Well As Birds In This Area. 3.2 The Service Must Be Implemented Only By A Hunter With Appropriate Cultivations And Valid Authorization To Perform An Individual Hunt, Issued By The Ordering Party, I.E. The Płaska Forest District In Żylina. Authorization To Perform Hunting Will Be Issued Successively (In Monthly Cycles) As The Contract Is Completed. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Applicable Law. 3.3 Each Obtained Individual Of The Predatory Mammal Must Be Recorded In The Book Of The First Stay On The Individual Hunting.
