Tenders Are Invited For Removing And Disposal Of Asbestos Containing Products From The Ostrów Mazowiecka Commune - Stage Xii

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of A Meeting, Loading And Preparation For Transport And Transport, As Well As The Transfer Of Asbestos -Contained Products Stored In The Ostrów Mazowiecka Commune (Hereinafter Referred To As Asbestos) To Disposal By Methods Allowed For Use In Poland. The Contracting Authority Informs That Asbestos Stored In The Ostrów Mazowiecka Commune Is Not Prepared For Transport, It May Be Located In Several Places On One Property, Directly On The Ground. The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos -Containing Products Is 119.05 Mg. 2. The Task Is Implemented With The Participation Of Funds From The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Warsaw. The Contracting Authority With The Contractor Will Settle On The Basis Of Gross Unit Price For 1 Mg Asbestos And The Amount Of Actually Received Asbestos. The Contracting Authority Provides For Payment Within 30 Days After Receiving A Correctly Issued Invoice. 3. The Activities Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Include In Particular: 1) An Earlier Assessment Of The Place And State Of Asbestos Stored; 2) Receiving Asbestos From Any Place Where It Is Stored; 3) Informing The Owner Of The Property About The Intention To Receive Asbestos At Least One Day Before The Planned Receipt; 4) Informing The Contracting Authority By Electronic Means About Planned Asbestos Acceptance One Day Before The Planned Receipt; 5) Preparing Asbestos For Transport - Meeting, Appropriate Packaging And Designation; 6) Weighing Asbestos In The Presence Owner Of The Property; 7) Completing And Signing A Statement (Annex 1 To The Contract) For Each Property; 8) Ordering The Area On Which Asbestos Was Stored; 9) Transport To The Place Of Utilization And Transfer To Utilization; 10) Transfer To The Ordering Party Documents Confirming The Acceptance Of Waste To A Landfill With Asbestos, So -Called Waste Transfer Cards; 11) Taking Photos At Each Stage Of The Activities Carried Out, I.E. Before The Preparation Of Asbestos For Transport, During Loading, After Cleaning The Area Where Asbestos Was Stored, During Weighing, When Transferring At The Place Of Utilization; Pictures Before Preparing For Transport And After Cleaning The Area Should Be Taken For Each Property; 12) Transfer To The Ordering Party On A Cd Or Dvd Or Electronically Photos Along With A Description Allowing For Identification Of Real Estate In Photos; 13) Preparation And Transfer Of The Ordering Of The List Of Waste Transfer Cards From Individual Properties, Which Is Annex No. 2 Of The Contract.
