The Use Of Label In The Shared Documents Means That The Employer Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Details, Deliveries Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Labels Specified By The Employer. In The Event That The Contractor For Reasons Beyond His Beyond His Control Cannot Be Obtained By The Label Or Equivalent Label Specified By The Employer, The Contracting Authority, Within The Time Appointed By Himself, Accepts Other Relevant Evidence, In Particular The Technical Documentation Of The Manufacturer, If The Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, Deliveries Or Services To Be Performed By Him, Meet The Requirements Of A Specific Label Or Specific Requirements.
