Switch Or Router Software Package - Purchase Enterprise Agreement For The Entire Suite Of Software Subscription Data Center And Maintenance Services For Software Solutions, Date Center Equipment And The Given Communication Network. Provision - Enterprise Agreement For The Entire Suite Of Software Subscriptions Data Center And Maintenance Services For Software Solutions, Data Center Equipment And The Communications Network Given By Implementing The Contract, It Is Desired To Renew All The Subscriptions And Services Mentioned In The Table Below (Annex 1) In A Unique Type Of Type Enterprise Agreement To Meet The Following Minimum Requirements: 1. Unitary Management From A Single Portal Of All Subscriptions That Allow The Management And Provision Of Software Subscriptions At The Organization Level. The Portal Must: • Allow The Visualization Of The Information To Use The Subscriptions From A Single Interface • Allow The Subscription Visualization, The Management Of The Rights And The Reporting Of Real-Time Consumption. • Allow The Unloading Of The Licensing Reports For All The Solutions Included In The Contract. 2.. Flexible Reuse Of The Subscriptions If New Equipment Is Ordered During The Contractual Period 3. Generating A Document Issued By The Manufacturer With The Specific Terms And Conditions Of This Type Of Contract. 4.. The Flexible Reuse Of The Licenses If New Equipment Is Ordered During The Contractual Period. 5. 6.. In The Technical Support Of Hardware And Software, The Following Are Required: It Is Desired To Include The Support Services Within The Unified Licensing Agreement For A Period Of 36 Months With The Following Minimum Characteristics: - Technical Support 24X7 (The Ability To Open Cases At 24/7 Support) - Sla For Response Time To Severity Below 30 Minutes - Access To Vendor For Updats - Access - Of The Vendor - Access Prioritized To Solve The Cases Of Support - Access Prioritized To Competent Engineers (With Preparation And Experience) - Assistance For Implementing And Adopting Solutions - Tips On The Necessary Software And Its Version - Periodic Meetings Between The Manufacturer And The Client For The Revision Of The Configurations Of The Existing Solutions The Support For The Infection Ccie, Ccnp, Ccdp) For The Equipment Subject To The Contract (Annex 2) Representing The Remediation Of The Reported Hardware Dysfunctions, As Follows: - Diagnosing The Hardware Problems Reported By Persons Authorized From The Beneficiary; - Escalation/Reporting Of Problems To The Manufacturer, In Case Of Additional Support; - Monitoring Of The Rma Procedure (Return Materialization) To Follow The Repair Orders For The Defective Equipment Sent To The Manufacturer. - Solving Hardware Defects By Replacing Components Or Equipment
