About Idealab and Partners Growth: This program focuses on helping partner organizations enhance their operational, strategic, and programmatic capacities. One key area identified by all partners is the need to improve internal human resource systems, recruitment processes, onboarding, and governance frameworks in order to run more efficient, inclusive, and scalable operations. Scope of work The consultant/expert will: Conduct HR audit with each partner to identify existing HR structures, gaps, and needs. Facilitate 12 collective capacity-building workshops on shared themes such as, recruitment cycles, Talent Acquisition performance management, and process optimization. Provide hands-on, one-on-one support to each organization to: Improve or develop recruitment frameworks and job description templates Establish onboarding protocols Design trainer assessment and update systems Support process mapping and workflow improvement Provide guidance on governance structures and internal accountability systems Share tools for performance evaluation, especially in time-sensitive or peak periods Guide partners on best practices for quality management and internal communication in HR-related processes.. expected deliverables HR frameworks and recruitment toolkits for each organization Standardized and customizable job description templates Interview, selection, and onboarding tools Process improvement and workflow optimization recommendations Drafts or revisions of internal HR policies (where applicable) Workshop materials and session reports Final report summarizing key outcomes, tools delivered, and recommended next steps Qualifications The consultant (individual or firm) should have: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in HR, organizational development, recruitment, and governance support Demonstrated experience working with NGOs, nonprofit incubators, or BSOs Solid knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices, especially in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments Excellent facilitation, coaching, and policy development skills Fluency in English and Arabic Evaluation Criteria The applications will be reviewed and scored based on the following: 30% on financial proposal 60% on the technical proposal 10% on administrative ( clarity of proposal, all documents are presented ) How to apply To apply, please submit your proposal (technical and financial seperately), agenda of activities, along with your resume and work/ project portfolio by email to: procurement@berytech.org before May 30 , 2025, BoD with the subject: I Funding and Fundraising Consultant Application- Act Smart The Application should include: Technical proposal describing the methodology, content of the mission Financial proposal describing the detailed costs incurred in preparing and providing the mission.
