Tenders are invited for Electrical Repair works at the residence of Superintending Engineer , Jashore PWD Circle ,Jashore. Eligibility of Tenderer: (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shal be 05(Five) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of Similar Types of Work successfuly completed in Govt. / Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 Lac under single contracts or tenders. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shal be greater than Tk.5.00 Lac in the last 5 years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW2a-3 format of the Tenderers shal be Tk 4.00 (Five) lac. (e) The minimum Tender capacity shal be: Tk 4.00 Lac. (f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender wil be rejected. (g)The tenderer must posses i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate i) Valid VAT registration certificate. i) Up-to-date trade license iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB. Al other conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT,GCC ,Section 1 to 9 of document part and al necessary documents must submit in e-PW2(a) format. Otherwise tender wil be rejected.
