The Client Needs To Enter Into Framework Agreements On Artisan Services. The Procurement Applies To Framework Agreements Within The Following Field: 1. Carpentry Services (Building Work) 2. Electricity Services, Including Control Of Fire Alarm Systems 3. Heat Pump And Cooling System 4. Roofing And Plumber Services 5. Painting And Flooring Services The Content Of The Procurement Is Artisan Services To Be Used On Both Operating And Investment Budget. The Framework Agreements Include Repairs, Maintenance, Rebuilding And New Buildings. The Size Of The Assignments In The Above Disciplines May Vary In Scope. The Work Assignments Can Be Short -Lived Or For Longer Duration. It Can Be A Single Assignment Or Several Continuous Assignments. However, It Will Also Follow The Delivery Of Some Material, As In Many Cases It Will Be Appropriate For The Supplier To Carry The Material That Is Necessary Related To The Execution Of The Assignment In Question. Although The Procurement Includes Some Material, It Is Emphasized That This Agreement Does Not Provide Any Exclusivity On The Delivery Of Such Material, And That The Client Is Otherwise Not Obliged To Buy Material From The Service Provider. The Client Reserves The Right Not To Use The Framework Contract Supplier For Major Work On Construction Projects And/Or Special Assignments If The Contract Supplier Is Unable To Meet The Clients Needs. As A Larger Work, Individual Assignments With A Cost Framework Are Considered Nok 100,000,- Excl. Vat. And In The Case Where The Assignment Includes Several Sub -Contracts. Farsund Municipality Makes Reservations About Using Special Expertise On Certain Deliveries If This Has Clear Benefits. The Clients Work In Self -Directed Will Take Precedence Over External Suppliers. Parts Of The Work Can Take Place In Collaboration With The Builders Own Personnel.
