Event Rental Services . This Request For Supplier Qualifications Is An Invitation By Macewan University To Prospective Respondents To Qualify For Eligibility To Provide Event Rental Services As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfsq Particulars. The Successful Supplier(S) Will Be Responsible For Providing The Following Services: • Rental And/Or Supply Of Furniture And Equipment For Events, Including But Not Limited To: O Tables And Chairs – Varying Configurations, Including Banquet, Cocktail, And Conference Seating O Stages – Staging Platforms, Ramps, Podiums, And Stairs O Décor And Accessories – Linens, Drapery, Signage Stands O Tents And Canopies – Various Sizes With Walls And Flooring O Catering Equipment – Service Wares, Bars, Glass/ Dish Wares, Warming Cabinets • Takedown And Removal Of Rented Equipment, As Required • Advice On Safety And Compliance Macewan University Intends To Establish A Roster Of Up To Three (3) Event Rental Service Providers And Enter Into Goods And Services Agreements With Them. The Initial Term Of The Goods And Services Agreement Will Be For Three (3) Years, With An Option To Renew At Macewan University’S Sole Discretion, For Up To Two (2) Renewal Terms Of Up To Three (3) Years Each.
