The Service Under The Lot 8 Is Worth Bgn 11 200.00 Without Vat And Will Be Awarded In Accordance With The Order Valid For Its Individual Value (Under Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act) On The Grounds Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act. On The Grounds Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Supplies And Services In Lots № 5, 6, 7 And 8 Will Be Assigned In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Namely By Direct Assignment According To Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. Pursuant To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Law The Estimated Value Of Each Of The Indicated Positions Does Not Exceed The Amount Of Bgn 156 464 Excluding Vat, And Their Total Estimated Value Does Not Exceed 20 % Of The Total Value Of The Contract.
