Rooms; • Reconstruction Of The Water Installation -Kan.; • Making New Floors; • Execution Of Suspended Ceilings; • Replacement Of Sewage And Water Risers With Their Gk Buildings; • Assembly Of A New Water Subjects Along With The Distribution Of A New Dhw Installation; • Assembly Of Toilet Buildings From Hpl; • Assembly Of A New Lighting Installation; • Performing New Wall And Floor Platforms. 3.2 Contractor. The Investment Is Obliged To Present To The Ordering Party: • Certificates, Approvals, Technical Approvals Of Materials; • Construction Journal With Confirmation Of The Supervisory Inspector And Construction Manager On The Completion Of Works; • A Set Of Warranty Cards For Delivered And Installed Devices; • Statement Of The Construction Manager, Supervision Inspector On The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Provisions And Applicable Standards; • For Electrical Installations And Lighting, As Well As From Other Studies Required By Polish Law And Standards For The Scope Made In The Electrical Industry. 3.3 The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed On The Basis Of A Construction Design And Technical Design, Stwiorb And Bill Of Quantities, Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 3.4 The Basis For The Valuation Of Construction Works Is A Construction Project, Technical Design, Stwiorb, While Other Documents, Including The Bill Of Quantities, Are Auxiliary And Supplementary Documents. 3.5 The Offer Valuation Should Take Into Account All Costs And Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Law And Standards.
