The Subject Of This Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation Together With The Authors Supervision And The Implementation Of All Construction Works On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Developed For The Task Entitled Expansion Of The Pet Studio Together With The Modernization Of The Radio -Mountains Of The Pet Studio And The Purchase Of A Pet Ct Scanner, Including In Particular: 1) Implementation Of Project Documentation 2) Performing Authors Supervision 3) Performing The Entire Subject Of The Contract, Construction Works On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Developed And Agreed With The Contracting Authority And Other Elements Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Object Together With The Development Of The Area (If Concerned), Including In Particular: A) Preparation, Protection Of The Construction Site, B) Providing Persons In The Form Of A Construction Manager/Industry Works Manager C) Execution Of All Demolition, Construction And Construction Works, Assembly And Finishing Works Together With External And Internal Installations, D) Construction Of New Internal And External Installations Necessary For The Operation Of The Investment, As Intended, E) Removing Any Collisions With Existing Ones Infrastructure, F) Ensuring Coordination Between All Industries, Both At The Design And Execution Stage, G) Obtaining All Final Permits, Certificates, Decisions (Including In Particular The Decision On The Building Permit, A Certificate Of No Grounds To Raise Objections By The Authority For The Authority To Report The Construction Or Reporting The Intention To Perform Construction Works - In Accordance With The Law), Agreements And Opinions Required By Law Necessary For The Full Performance Of The Contract And Incurring The Costs Of Obtaining Them, H) Preparing As -Built Documentation, I) Notifying The Building Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction, Obtaining A Decision On The Permission To Use (If Required By Law), Obtaining The Necessary Acceptance From External Units And Other Bodies (In Particular The State Fire Service, The State Sanitary Inspection). 4) Delivery And Assembly Of Pet/Tk Together With The Necessary Equipment And Training Of Employees, 5) Providing The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents Necessary To Submit An Application For Permission To Produce Radiopharmacytical Products At The Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate And Obtaining Permission To Activities Related To Ionizing Radiation At The State Agency For Atomics In Accordance With The Subject Of The Contract.
