By Resolution No. Viii/65/2024 Of The Tworóg Commune Council Of 30 December 2024 Regarding The Accession To The General Plan Of The Tworóg Commune, And According To The Procedures And Issues Specified In: 1) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended), 2) Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Excerpts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), 3) Of The Act Of March 8, 1990 On Municipal Self -Government (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 609) 4) Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended), 5) Of The Act Of 7 October 2015 On Revitalization (I.E. Agricultural And Forestry, Public Roads, Etc., 7) Based On Necessary Local Visions, Urban Inventory And Landscape Studies, And All Analyzes, Taking Into Account The Voivodship Plans, Government Tasks And National Programs, And In Accordance With The Requirements Of Law In This Respect.
