4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Thermomodernization Of The Remizo-Show Building In Brzeziny, Lubartów Commune. 4.2. The Subject Of The Contract Consists In Performing Construction Works:- Insulation Of Foundation Walls;- Reproduction Of The Pavement Surface;- Insulation Of The Walls Unique;- Ceiling Insulation;- Replacement Of Used Roof Structure Elements;- Replacement Of Window Joinery;- Replacement Of The Entrance Doors Trig -Nged Pipes;- Execution Of A Drainage Band At Two Walls Of The Building;- Execution Of Installation Works Of The Electrical Industry, Including Pv Installation;- Implementation Of Supply Heating Installations. The Contractor Will Secure The Entire Area Of ​​The Works Carried Out And The Water And Sewage And Electrical Installations Taking Place Within It, And After Their Completion It Will Organize The Whole Area. 4.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1A To Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation: Construction Projects, Technical Projects And Descriptions; 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb); 3) Connections Of Works (Attached To The Auxiliary); The Performances Of Works Attached To Swz Are An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Works With The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Contract For Construction Works Will Be A Flat -Rate Agreement, The Occurrence Of More Works In Any Predecessor In Any Pre -Quality Position Will Not Be Considered Additional Works And Will Not Entitle To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Project Documentation. An Possible Lack In The Pre -City Of Works Necessary To Be Carried Out, Resulting From The Project Documentation, Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of Project Documentation At The Contractual Price. The Contractor Has The Right To Correct In The Pre -City Of The Quantity Of Quantities To The Size According To His Own Calculations Based On Project Documentation And Stwiorb. 4.5.
